How to Order       Privacy Policy        Returns 

Return policy

You may return any non-personalized item for a full refund no later than 30 days after receiving your order (we will also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of an error on our part, even on personalized items).  Although we take pride in our quality control processes, from time to time hand-crafted personalized items could also contain manufacturing or personalization defects other than those inherent to natural woods.  These items may also be returned for replacement or full refund at our cost.

If you need to return an item, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) by writing to us at returns@pianobench.com

Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.

Returns on Exchanged items may contain shipping costs for return. Contact us for details.

Refunds

We do not accept returns under the following conditions:

· Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.

· Items that have been personalized to your specific needs, except when the return is a result of an error on our part, as explained above.

· Items that are not in their original condition, have been damaged, have missing parts, or are not packed in their original package.

Please do not send items that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return those items to you.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 15 business days of having received your return. If your return is not due to an error on our part, we will deduct our shipping costs from your refund.

 

Packaging and sending returns

You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.

1. E-mail us at returns@pianobench.com with a detailed explanation of the perceived defect to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  We will review the information and e-mail back your RMA, together with an attachment file containing a shipping label for you to print as well as further shipping instructions.

2. Place the items in their original wrapping. Securely pack them in a box, along with the packing slip (receipt). You may choose to use the box the items arrived in if it is still in good condition,

3. Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

4. Call the shipper as per the shipping instructions with your RMA number to have your return picked up and shipped to us.

Please note that return mailing labels obtained from our Returns Center are valid for domestic returns only. In addition, if you use a mailing label provided by our Returns Center and your return is not the result of an error on our part, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund.
