You may return any non-personalized item for a full refund no later than 30 days after receiving your order (we will also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of an error on our part, even on personalized items). Although we take pride in our quality control processes, from time to time hand-crafted personalized items could also contain manufacturing or personalization defects other than those inherent to natural woods. These items may also be returned for replacement or full refund at our cost.
