  We understand that there are issues sometimes with ordering online, and we want to help you in that process. On this page, we will provide some help in getting your order submitted. Please read through this and let us know if you need any further assistance or would like us to place the order for you.

  What type of issue are you having?

   1.) When I am trying to place my order, it says
      "
Your order is empty" when I click the Check Out button.

 - This is not a common issue, but it is one that we can address by a simple solution. First, you will want to make sure that your browser has cookies enabled. (See below for steps on how to do this.) Then close your internet browser, and then open a new session. At that time, click on the "My Account" link on the left side of the page. You will want to sign into the page (if you have created an account ) or click the New User link on the right side of the page to sign up for an account. Once you have signed in, go to the item you want to order and add this to your shopping cart. If this does not work, please call us at 866.414.4639 so that we can troubleshoot this and get the item ordered for you.

How to enable cookies if you use:
Internet Explorer

Go To: Tools / Internet Options / Privacy / Advanced and select "Always Allow Session Cookies"

Firefox
Go To: Preferences / Privacy and select "Accept cookies from sites"


 
 2.) I get a message after pressing Process Order 
      that says "
EXCEPTION ERROR " - what happened?

 - At this time, your credit card has not been accessed so you have not been charged. What the error is saying is an error on the site which is normally due to information provided or an issue with the product code was found. Please check the information you have provided, making sure the billing name and address are correct, in addition to having a phone number listed. We have found you need a phone number listed on the billing information section. Once you have verified this information, try the order again please. If this does not work, follow the steps in issue #1 above, or call us and we will assist you in ordering.

 
 3.) I am getting " Send Request Error: # " when I try to 
      submit my order.

 - Your Credit Card has not been accessed yet for this error. Unfortunately, we do not have a reasoning for this error yet, but we do have some solutions for this. 1.) Close your browser, and open a new internet session. Try your order again, and log onto the site. 2.) Verify all your information you have entered for your account is correct. 3.) If this does not work, please call us as we can try from here. We would like to help you complete the order, and have some other means also available to us that we can do over the phone.
